From the crispest waters of New Zealand, Matua wine is now enjoyed around the world – but we wouldn't be here if it wasn't for Bill and Ross Spence and their humble beginnings. Armed with lots of Kiwi ingenuity and determination, these brothers set out to revolutionise the New Zealand wine industry. Ultimately, when they produced New Zealand's first Sauvignon Blanc, they changed the way the world drinks Sauvignon Blanc.
Our job was to bring this story to life, inviting our audience into the world of the crispest Sauv Blanc on the planet whilst highlighting the infamous Kiwi midset.

As well as creating a beautiful world for our Matua brand to live in, we extended every communication with the irreverent humour that our New Zealand friends are famous for. Whether that be long copy social posts trying to convince a famous Friends star to change his name to Matt Le SauvBlanc, for the international day of celebration, or hosting an Iceberg party in Singapore’s W hotel pool, in the middle of summer.
